Is my carpet anemone dying.

General reef aquarium discussion. I have recorded the dying process. By hpolascik fri apr 13 2012 3 32 am my tank has been set up for a little less than a year and i do at least a 10 15 water change regularly. My anemone was caught in the wave maker and did not survived.

Start date feb 16 2019. I called the lfs to ask if this was normal and he said that they clean themselves out from time to time but now i m thinking this is definitely something else. Is maybe purple tip condy anemone dying. Is my anemone dying.

I have heard that when anemones die they start to disintegrate into the tank but how do you know if it is unhealthy before it dies.
